1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bdtk platform — whether through the website at bdtk.pro or through the bdtk app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and bdtk.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the bdtk platform immediately and close your account. Continued use of bdtk after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use bdtk, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a bdtk employee.

bdtk reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on bdtk. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering at bdtk, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested during the registration process or subsequent verification checks.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• bdtk will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact bdtk support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

bdtk may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits to your bdtk account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. bdtk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits at bdtk are processed instantly in most cases. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. bdtk does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests at bdtk are processed as quickly as possible. For verified accounts, most withdrawals are completed within minutes. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being handled at the time.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to verified accounts in your name.
• bdtk reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account settings.
• Winnings from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal — see Section 6.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bdtk are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on. These rules are displayed within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

bdtk uses certified random number generation for all casino games. Game outcomes are determined fairly and cannot be influenced by bdtk or any player. Sports betting odds are set by bdtk and may change up until the event begins.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless bdtk explicitly offers a cash-out option for that market.
• bdtk reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of betting.
• In the event of a technical error during a game or bet, bdtk will investigate and resolve the issue fairly. Bets affected by genuine technical errors may be voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed before you confirm your wager.
• bdtk reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account at its discretion.

For live in-play betting, odds update in real time. bdtk is not responsible for delays between the live event and the odds displayed on the platform due to data feed latency. Bets accepted during a delay period may be voided at bdtk's discretion.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bdtk offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms are displayed alongside each promotion and take precedence over these general terms where there is a conflict.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are listed in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited.
• bdtk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds if abuse is detected.

7 Responsible Gaming

bdtk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that help players manage their gaming activity and stay in control. These tools are available in your account settings at any time and include:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders — receive alerts when you have been playing for a set amount of time.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtk platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or stolen financial credentials.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to launder money or use bdtk for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdtk staff or other players.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

bdtk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to bdtk or other players.

If your account is suspended, bdtk will investigate the matter and notify you of the outcome. If the suspension is found to be in error, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If the suspension is upheld due to a breach of these terms, bdtk reserves the right to retain any balances in accordance with applicable law.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting bdtk support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10 Limitation of Liability

bdtk provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

• bdtk is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• bdtk is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• bdtk's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• bdtk is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these terms limits bdtk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data

bdtk collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using bdtk, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bdtk will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is used solely for the purposes of operating the platform, processing payments, verifying identity, preventing fraud, and complying with legal obligations.

12 Changes to These Terms

bdtk may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, bdtk will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the bdtk platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
